Have you tried 'rpcallowip=127.0.0.1' ?
dude rpcallow call is for my local network. I have subnet on 192.168.*.* . That has nothing to do with connecting to nodes
Sorry, misunderstood the issue. Sounds like an external issue, can you get into your router/firewall?
Also, try deleting everything in your \roaming\copypasta folder and restarting
