BlackCanary, I did see your first post but I totally spaced it off, with apologies, forgetting to come back and address your questions which I'm addressing now in a dedicated post below the fold.

In re how you'll receive your PAQs, via email by having your email on record at yutubopolis@gmail.com or filling out this form: http://yutubopolis.center/ico/registration/?rmcb=1501287225 (feel free to do both).

Prediction for the distribution? Again, with apologies, I'm behind, but have been in talks with prospective partners, with a couple formally not panning out as planned sans going into details. Besides forming the team, I do have a fine gent ready to take charge of the ICO process, an honest dude working with honest folks in this space, his name currently held close to the vest at this speaking but will be made available at the onset of the professionally managed ICO that may mirror the one currently in process, albeit stagnant at the moment which I'm about to dedicated some time to.

For all practical purposes, PAQs are already rewarded but have no function, with the earliest date for implementation being late September/early October.
