Possibly the tx has never been sent, you have it but the nodes don't. Have you checked the balances on an explorer? You shouldn't see it.
What you could do is, make your backups first and then after a full sync go to Wallet Repair and start a rescan and restart wallet.
Should fix it, but if that doesn't help try a recover transactions 1.
Checked the explorer for the transaction. Didn't find it. Tried both approaches you suggested. Didn't help. Thanks for the help though.
