Are you sure it is a CAT (Consumer Activity Tokens) tokens of bitclave ? The main Ico will start 15th september so I think the tokens purchased during pre-sale will also be distributed after the main ico is over. Maybe it's another token that has the same symbol as a bitclave CAT token.
