I didn't know where do you find these win thing on signature campaign man but totally it is not kind of gambling or something you hit a jackpot in a lottery draw but it is more of an advertising that you yourself wear the signatures or avatars of a signature campaign you are joining. But I think there's also a funny side of it about winning and that's luck if you are chosen by the campaign manager to join a campaign and that would be totally the "win" thing where finally looking on the topic you posted.
