If nothing else I think it should be a moderators job to make sure threads such as ClaimWithMe don't overstay their welcome. That thread should have been moved and/or deleted a long time ago.
It was obviously a scam from the start yet people are still wasting time on it, not reading previous posts and in worst case even "investing" their hard-earned BTC. But then again those users could also be fake ones attempting to lure real users into deposits.
In any case I like the idea and I think it would highly discourage scammy projects from showing up, although it would take a lot more than that to get rid of them for good. In the end the power lies in our hands not to fall prey to our own greed and turn a blind eye to what we would otherwise see through clear as day.
So we force the tap to provide proof of payment before it is shown here. And of course, coinpot faucets, faucethub or faucetsytem will not need to provide proof of payment. And any newbie, Jr. Member, herro member ... introducing a faucet must provide proof of payment. So we will limit a lot of scam sites. And when the taps show signs of deception then the article is immediately deleted and a warning article taps will be replaced
