For how many sites is the license?
You can only use the license for one site. If you would like to change your domain or move the license to a different site let us know and we can help you.
Do they use FreeRadius ? support multiple protocols like L2TP, PPTP ?

We don't use free radius, our system does everything for you and all you need to do is install openvpn on your servers using the documentation.
It supports OpenVPN UDP and TCP currently.
