I'm also looking for the next best thing.  I don't mind verifying my ID but am looking for an exchange that you can buy/trade LTC,  ETH and XRP with BTC.
There is bitfinex. Their liquidity (and fees) are probably better than btc-e was anyway. 

I was optimism but It's over. After domain Seizing, It seems there isn't any hope for returning back even in 10 days away.

Has it actually been seized? It just doesn't load for me. They normally put a notice up or announce it has been taken. Doubt they would have left it this long if they had.
It looks like it. It is hard to say with certainty exactly what happened, however it looks like there might be some issue with the SSL certificate, but there is a seizure notice up if you know how to view the website despite the SSL issue.
