As with any alt coin (that is supported by shapeshift or similar services) it can be used where ever btc is accepted simply by converting it into btc! Problem solved!
Fun fact btc is really accepted everywhere, all you have to do is sell it for Fiat and then use that Fiat to buy the goods! Then you never suffer from nasty Janet Yellen inflation!
