Concerning cap, the ICO will be a hard cap, so there will be a limited amount of tokens issued. Any unsold tokens will be burned. There will be no re-issue, so that is the only time WCX tokens will be created.
Concerning fund distribution, also TBD for exact figures, but founders & advisors will likely retain around 10%. The rest is bounties and token sale.
Bonuses will be available at the ICO, particularly for early buyers.
