Actually, BCC is already on the market. Check ViaBTC and HitBTC you can do buy and sell but on both exchange price is different.

I think BCC will be dump after Aug. 1 since a lot of Exchange will not support Bitcoin Cash and will only chose Bitcoin/BTC.
