Seems like btc-e is the most popular but how do you guys fund from the us? Thats what seems to give me trouble!
Getting USD in and out of the exchanges is generally a problem. You can do a wire transfer but that's a pain.
There are two ways I have used to get around this.
1. Buy Linden Dollars and trade them for BTC, then you can send the BTC to BTC-e
