I think bitcoin's price and altcoins price will be rise because the activation of segwit on bitcoin's network is innovations to fix problem scaling on bitcoins, if it be succesfull there are no other problem on bitcoins network, the effect to all traders, they will be panic buying but if the activation segwit is fail, bitcoins price will be crash, so do with other altcoins.
