It's annoying when you've already stalked the forum w/o registering for hours on end trying to find the answers you need --- read everything you can and want to and then by the time you give up and decide to ask for help, realize you can't... 
Lmao.. This about sums it up for many a people that register here, I'm sure. But, at least you know where everything is. I guess that's another reason, as stated before, for the noobie status. So on top of excluding all the spam and BS, it also makes one have to go through this Noob forum to read through for four hours while searching for places to effectively post lol. How many actually read anything, though, is another discussion altogether lmfao. XD
