The input of the blocks staking could use a few staking node self sends + setting a higher transaction fee per kb to GIT the chain back to normal 

// Settings drop down menu > Options > Display Tab > Enable Coin Control Features > Custom Change Address > Self Send Inputs (DO NOT redline the chain with to many Bytes) > enter your address in both "Custom Change Address" & "Pay To" > enter half of the total amount of inputs to manual split block function
