For me, waiting is something very annoying. But in Bitcoin trading it is a very time-able to do, without waiting, you will not get anything or you are ready to lose. 10% is a realistic benefit, which is important not too greedy.
Trading is like gambling you know you need factor of luck , whether when to hold or sell this is depend on your feeling and courage and of course experience most important thing.
