the only decent exchange in this list is Kraken.
the rest of them are either too small or are too unknown to be considered.
there are also a couple of known names there that have no support for BCC and they have only said "we are watching things and may or may not add it in the future" you are taking this "may" as their support Cheesy

Are you seriously saying that only decent exchange here is Kraken? How about Bithumb (Korea's largest exchange), Bitfinex, Bitrex (which isn't mentioned here. Maybe look at their trading volumes before calling tham as small and unknown exchanges.
And also, Coinomi and Freewallet.org is popular multi coins wallets for smartphones.
