I don't know why did Telstra stoped in Planning to Help Philippines to have a fast connection.
Because we are paying OverPriced Internet Connection and then  PLDT return it with a Slow Connection.
Maybe PLDT pays Telstra, so that Telstra wont go in Philippines.
