That sounds like you were seeking payment to keep quiet. But, as I have no evidence, I'll leave that at that...
Duckdice publicly announced that a part of their business model is to donate player deposits to charity and I have all the rights to apply for such a donation.
Only you're not doing any charitable work.
It's one thing to try fighting for what you believe is right. It's another thing doing it in order to profit from the situation.
