If we are already upgrade to level 15 and want to go to level 20 , we need to paid 51.30 $ more ?

Players who are VIP 1 or higher receive a 10% discount on future upgrades. VIP 20 is the last upgrade planned for now but the code will accept up to level 25 though it might not reach that high for a while.
The admin tab is an indicator I set up for myself to let me know things going on with the game, there's red, orange, and lime.
