I just want to know why Bill Gates do not invest some money in Bitcoin, he will be a very big contributor to the crypto world, and will also be very respected, he will also be able to become more rich (or less).
But what is the reason why he do not invest funds in cryptocurrencies?
Bill Gates would not make such a stupid move,because he or anyone in his place will not want to lose their reputation. The reason why cryptos will ruin his reputation is that bitcoin aint got any owner,he cannot trust a owner-less currency or is it adopted by any country . In a reddit live AMA(ask me anything) question ,when asked do you own any bitcoin or do you use any,Mr.Bill Gates replied,

Bitcoin is an exciting new technology. For our Foundation work we are doing digital currency to help the poor get banking services. We dont use bitcoin specifically for two reasons. One is that the poor shouldnt have a currency whose value goes up and down a lot compared to their local currency. Second is that if a mistake is made in who you pay then you need to be able to reverse it so anonymity wouldnt work.
Overall financial transactions will get cheaper using the work we do and Bitcoin related approaches."
Maybe this is why Mr.Gates doesn't do so.
