Im just wondering how come they can give back all the funds to the traders and investors where one of the owner was connected with the Mt.gox. Im just hoping that they will really give it back to the investors and traders.

Basicly, is it means that all bitcoins from btc-e was stolen by US government? What they will do with all these btc? I expect that users will not get their money back :/Sometimes USA goes to far by being world cop.
