Explanations and the answer to your question is already answered by the campaign manager .I think it is clear and who does not follow the rules are not entitled to have a reward. Its always in every thread accusing Scam ICO "All ICO are Scam " LOL 77% removed! This looks like a scam ICO indeed!

This campaign scam participants! Did you ever seen campaign that almost 80% was removed? Actions in the last week of campaign have been taken to don't pay rewards..
Behavior of devs in this campaign looks very suspicious .. Better for investors to stay away from people like them!
Obviously there are rules that weren't met by those participants, Jamal had been managing several bounty campaigns already which made him reputable being in such position. He knows how to handle all these so with much experience.
But the situation some member only posting in their local thread still happening make me feeling hate and I hope in future Jamal have some rules about this issue.
