my wallet it not sync. how i can insert nodes to config file ?

in file coinonat.conf add

addnode=192.3.196.202:44678
addnode=88.99.191.218:44678

please can clarify step by step

In windows edit this file "C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Roaming\coinonat\coinonat.conf"
