I noticed my 24hr coin rate almost halved as well today, yet difficulty went down and hashrate remained the same.
Edit: After looking @ the other posts of long block times, I noticed quite a few 20-30 minute block times, even within the last 15-20 blocks. Perhaps this is the reason for the lowered payouts?

I'm mining Skein and my 'mined in the 24h' rate almost halved, while the hash rate stays the same. I think we're having the same issue as on the 29th of June (see below). Could anyone look into this?

Yep, same thing for me 
1080TI usually getting around 1.1 GHs
Now dropped to 400/500 with ccminer reporting the normal hash rate as usual. Problems with the pool?
