Btw, I was shown that same payment-from address. When you check at blockchain.info it shows that it has been paying out,
but there is also this warning there regarding this address:
Warning! this bitcoin address contains transactions which may be double spends. You should be extremely careful when trusting any transactions to or from this address.
So just make sure you get lots of confirmations before you go trying to spend that 0.0000001 BTC.
