Seems a bit like bitcoin cash is dead on arrival, no?
If a block ever is mined before all hashing power leaves I will dump this coin for sure. No lets make some popcorn and watch this thread 
All hashing power will not leave, ViaBTC pledged their support quite strongly. And the difficulty will adjust, too, so in time the blocks will be mined at a similar pace.
