If I am making up for acc previous holder by PAYING back the amount he scammed, I think this is quite valid reason to lift the neg trust.
This alone, is adequate to warrant a negative rating in most cases. Considering the status of that account (hero member with 2 untrusted positive ratings), it is more than welcomed.I left neg trust for people to get their attention, since as THEY WERE requesting me to respond, which I did by sending them PMs.
