Ok finally got the new wallet working somehow....
Ive done an "Export gdbix account to directory" from the old software and then manually moved the file that was generated to the gdbix keystore directory, which is apparently located at:
C:\Users\*USER*\AppData\Roaming\Dubaicoin\keystore
Then firing up the new v2.0 software and i finally see my old account with the right balance
