You just have to research alot am sure there are car dealerships out there that accepts bitcoin, it may be hard to find but i believe that eventually you are going to find one. And why dont you want to convert your bitcoins to fiat, its not like bitcoin is a universally accepted currency yet and everyone uses it for day to day transactions?
