Same. Shouldn't it change today? is someone know exact time?
I thought it would change today too. Maybe it has but I am not eligble? According to that spreadsheet, if it was referring to forum time, it was supposed to happen 3 hours ago.
Edit: Scratch that, it did just change for me as well.
