Yes it already secured it's position in the year 2017, many people are now days looking some thing new in their daily life so my though is government should elaborate bitcoin technology through out the world wide and make announcement that bitcoin can use able like gold. Bitcoin is completely digital currency and is limited we cannot able to mine more than that like gold.
I feel that in 2017 Bitcoin has a lot of fluctuations. The rumors of August 1 confuse users and Bitcoin prices are more volatile.
Yes, too much volatility, the price of Bitcoin changed a lot in 2017. Especially after August 1, the price of bitcoin will probably be higher than ever, many people will soon become rich with bitcoin. Currently, many rumors bitcoin will have division into btc and bcc but I think this is just bullshit and very hard to happen, we should believe in bitcoin and do not panic about this rumor. I think 2017 is the year that will mark the development and popularity of bitcoin, many countries will accept and use bitcoin in their daily lives
It seems that you are right.  After the August 1, I predict that the value of the bitcoin will rapidly goes up. I also heard a humor that many big countries will accept the bitcoin like Russia and China.

This is so far best year for bitcoin in matter of price and development, we have to agree all. This year brought many new things and we see that majority of countries are thinking to adapt Japan model, meaning fully integrate bitcoin as meaning of paying in every day transaction. With this price is bound to go up, we need only patience nothing else.
It seems to me that all the countries that have led to the example have very different approaches to the crypto currency. If you take Japan, they are trying to create their own crypto currency, and China is still very active in this direction too. That's what you can not say about Russia, in which you can even get criminal liability for illegal financial transactions.
