Who runs an exchange that doesn't operate properly and needs work, but continues to sign more people up and accept their money when they know they can't handle the traffic? Defies all fucking logic. This hasn't just been a week or a month. They have the means to make shit work, but CHOOSE not to. They literally just sit and choose not to do a fucking thing about it.
