I don't think so it's a scam, its a no 2 coin after the Bitcoin nowadays most of the ICO based on Ethereum. In my opinion it will continue rise & hope it will be doubled by the end of this year.
Agree with you as so many good projects starting this year, TrueFlip, OmiseGo and more ICO.
