there is an explanation for this, basically no deposit are allowed, so the value can't be dumped by bitcoin holders, this explain why the value is increasing so much and don't hold your hope too much there will be a dump soon
Or they are initiating a fake pump so people will be enticed to buy bitcoin cash and avoid others from dumping their coins when deposits are open. But I do not think it will work.
