According to my initial conclusion there are several reasons

1. people try to believe in bitcoin cash
2. now bitcoin cash already has some pool or node
3. in the early stages this is the stage where people try to become an early holder, just like in the early stages of bitcoin
4. It's a bit horrible, because maybe this is just a pump and dump, however it is not recommended to buy too much bitcoin cash if you are still in doubt or your target is short term profit

Can the price more higher than the bitcoin?
This all depends on the members of the bitcoin cash community itself and of course depends on the supply and demand. If the development of bitcoin cash is better than bitcoin then it's possible that the price may exceed the bitcoin price
