thats the actual rate? its supposed to be the pre ico is the higher SHP to receive in an eth right? because of some sort of bonuses. and in the ico, the amount of tokens will be reduced.. im confused to what you have said.

No there is no pre-ICO or anything. During the ICO, that ranges from August 10th to August 17th, there is a fixed rate of 4000 SHP per 1 ETH invested. At first we chose to offer bonuses that would decrease, but we chose to not do it finally and adopt a flat rate of 1:4000.
