What makes it so Special?

When is that going to be activated again?

Segwit is locked_in at the moment no idea when it's actually going to activate

At this moment:

Blocks mined since period start 7159 (66.29%)
Blocks left until period end 3641 (33.71%)

I estimate about 25-30 hours for it.

So basically by tomorrow viacoin should be good to go
