I had no problems with the payments a single day. I have received bitcoins and 31.07 and 01.08. I haven't seen any difference. There might be a problem with the new Alt coins of bitcoin, but they did not interest me and I'm not interested in their fate.
You could have made easy money if you were holding the coins in your wallet,you must of neglect anything,because you never know when the price will shoot exponentially in the future,so even if you are not interested in it,make sure you keep the coins and forget about it and safe guard your private keys,who knows what the price will be a couple of years from now.
