These are the steps:

Step 1: You must have an account in twitter and already logged in.

Step 2: Go to this site: http://followerion.com/ (Scroll down and you can see Basic Free then click Sign in with Twitter)

Step 3: Wait for the loading until finish.

Step 4: Repeat every 10 mins - 15 mins.

CONGRATS! You have followers now.
