I am sure the person knew what he/she was buying and bought it, There is no reason to feel bad, hey you might never know the value may rise up very soon and the person will sell and even make some money off it as well. I am very satisfied, transaction fees has become very low and confirmation is very fast and the value of BTC is very good.
