I can reload them for you via bitcoin for a small fee, also you can reload them online (with credit cards/Paypal) if you want.

- Do i need to reload first before i can accept any SMS? Is there like an expiry date for the SIM if i don't reload?
No. We activate the card and make sure you can accept SMS in your country when the card arrives. You should reload the card once every 3 months with minimum $2 in order to keep it active.
