in order to be in exchange quickly , we should collect 2~3 BTC as a payment fee [for example : Bittrex (3BTC if they need )    cryptopia (about 0.8~0.9BTC)  youbit (0.1 or 0.5btc) Crypto xxx if forgot maybe 0.8btc   ) , if we have 2~3 btc then it will be in exchange quickly after release client. i don't think bittrex will accept us right now,it maybe be need more time to accept us, so i think 2~3 btc is enough ..

do we need to reserve 2M masternodecoin for getting 3 BTC as exchange fee?
