If you are referring to, while it's running connect to it and tell it to start a different miner, then the functionality is already there. On the webpage under the worker you want to switch, click the monitor icon and there is remote control options. Give it a pin and then you can change miner to which one you want. Then restart the miner and wait for it to check in. It works pretty well, just make sure your config online is set before switching coins/miner.
