No big Exchange will consider listing a token with little to no development and community support. Exchanges are there to make money so they'll only list coins that will generate volume as more volume equals more fees. And ETHBits doesn't seem to have such requirements. The team on the other hand is not helping matters.
Youre wrong. Exchanges list coins FOR money. There are fees just to list it. If there is no volume, they don't really care because there is no strain on their hardware to support it. If there is volume, of course the extra fees are great for them.
Also please show me your evidence that they are not developing? It will be interesting to see how you pull this one out of your ass.
Maybe there is not much strain on their hardware, but it does cost man-hours to properly implement and maintain different wallets. If a token does not generate enough fees, it might not be worth it for an exchange to maintain said token.
