With slow and unspecified services on Wallet recovery, the freezing of money is unreasonable.
I have decided to move to another wallet. And will not come back to BTC.COM

You shouldn't really depend on any third party wallets or their recovery software.Did you use your private keys to get your wallet recovered ?
