we'll use delegated proof of stake with 101 delegates. Every cycle the blocks will be assigned randomly to the different delegates. All fees of one round will be divided among all delegates within one cycle. Delegates can receive votes via the wallet (uptime will be measured). If a delegate misses his block this will affect his status and he will not be compensated within the specific cycle. The reward for a normal block = 5 moosecoin.
