I log ged in and the url for twitter login is showing as api.twitter.com which means its safe. And yes I also got followers but I am not sure who is fake or real and one more thing, I would prefer some bitcoiners rather than normal people.
Since you get followed that mean the process did works but. In other for to know who is real or fake and if the all the follower are real, you need to use twitter audit. Nevertheless, how many follower do you get?
