Bitify is worst as escrow, from the seller point of view. The buyer can literally not release the btc till a MONTH time if he/she wants, and in a month time btc price can go from 2k usd to 200 usd (theoretically) and make the seller face huge loss. Escrow is meant to protect from scammers and both buyer and seller can be scammer. It's not necessary that a seller would be scammer always, this forum has its fair share of scammer-buyers too.

Basically some well regarded escrow providers from this bitcointalk forum is enough in almost all cases, no need to look further outside. Just my 2 cents.
