Even if you could depend on the prices being stable, you are only making an additional $1.17/day, so it would take 120 days to pay off before you make 1 cent of extra profit over mining with NH.
I'm not sure how you're happy with that, especially since the price of SIGT isn't likely to appreciate much with all the extra mining.. now that the open source client is almost at par with sp's client.
which open source miner is at par with sp's? palgin's is awesome and free, but It's not open source.
Well, ok, not open source, but free.. ccminerskunk-jha, I get almost identical results as I do with spmod3
EDIT: on closer inspection, it appears it *IS* the exact same. someone appears to have posted spmod3 to GitHub. Not sure if anyone at GitHub would care though, since sp_ is violating the GPL himself by not distributing the source code. FWIW, the GPL allows you to charge a fee for your version if you want, but you have to allow anyone to copy it once you give it to them, and you have to provide source.
